Ground Floor Apartment
There are 2 apartments in the house:-
Blue Winds is on the top three floors and is accessed via it’s own private, external metal staircase.
Blue Waves is the sequel to Blue Winds my 1st holiday home, and occupies the ground floor of the house.
It’s a modern coastal apartment that’s close to the town.

The apartment was fully refurbished in 2020.
With large living areas and a cute courtyard you’ll thoroughly enjoy relaxing there.
- Large spacious living room with a sofa bed that’s got a pocket sprung mattress.
- Latest technology 40” smart TV (free Netflix, free view and catch up tv), blue tooth speakers are also available for use.
- A cosy bedroom with a king size bed that has crisp white linen and John Lewis towels.
- Brand new bathroom with a large 2 outlet shower and heated towel rail.
- The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with lots of counter space and a pine dining table that comfortably seats 4.

Additional Information
- Please note all beds are double beds and prices are based on 2 sharing a bed.
- There is no parking on the property.
- There is parking though to unload your vehicle when you first arrive - it's right next to the flat.
- You can purchase council car park permits and if you are off sightseeing then they are valid around the whole Island and there is one just 3 mins walk from the apartment.

You can contact us by phone or e-mail – we will usually get back to you within 24 hrs to confirm your dates.
Alternatively you can use our booking app and the apartment will be reserved for you immediately.
Just enter you dates below and click on the BOOK NOW button to reserve the apartment.
The lead guest needs to be 25 years or older on the day of arrival.
Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed unless acccompanied by their parent/guardian.
Vaping or Smoking of any substance is prohibited ANYWHERE INDOORS or OUTDOORS.
Should it be found that this clause has been breached, the security bond will not be returned at the end of the rental period and will be used to pay for a deep clean on the apartment.
A maximum of 2 small dogs are permitted in Blue Waves – although no other types of pets/animals are allowed.
No puppies under 12 months old.
Dogs are accepted subject to a £30 charge per dog to cover extra cleaning.
Dogs must be pre-approved so please contact me before booking to confirm that they are permitted.
Dogs should not be should not be allowed on the furniture or left alone in the property.
Do not allow any fouling in the courtyard.
Failure to comply with any of the above will incur a £50 penalty.

Children under 2 stay for free – but still count towards occupancy.
